<p>I worked on some software that four people looked at (and signed the Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA)). One of the guys got hold of the source code and blatantly copied it.</p> <p>When I met with a law firm it would have cost me and my business partner £40,000 to go to court and we may lose.</p> <p>So my initial thought was what was the purpose of signing NDA even though I was screwed anyway.</p>

So far I have done the following :-</p> <ul> <li>Google Ads</li> <li>Face Book Ads</li> <li>Linked In Groups</li> <li>Face Book Groups</li> <li>Email Collegues/Friends</li> </ul> <p>I am probably impatient as want people to know about my business now. Also I feel a bit embarassed about sending info on groups about my business.</p>
